Reflections
Remembering the way the Lord has led us.
Reflections is our annual account to the stewards who sustain this work and to the ministers it serves: what the Foundation achieved in the year, what it cost, and what we learned.
Israel was told, more than once, to stop and remember. Before they entered the land, Moses made them look back over forty years of wilderness and count the ways God had fed, guided and humbled them. Remembering was not nostalgia. It was how a people learned to trust Him with the road ahead.
Reflections is our version of that discipline. Once a year we pause, look honestly at what the Foundation has done, and write it down. It is a thanksgiving before it is a report, and it is a report before it is anything else: plain, specific and accountable.
Inside each edition
Six chapters, every year.
Each edition follows the same shape, so that one year can be read honestly against another.
Provision
How many households were onboarded, how many support requests were met, and the kinds of need they addressed.
Care
Counselling given, prayer meetings held, and the ways ministers were supported beyond money.
Families
Scholarships awarded, tuition supported and opportunities opened for ministers’ spouses.
Renewal
Seminars and retreats the Foundation organised and funded, for individuals and whole families.
Stewardship
How the endowment was kept, what it produced and how distributions compared with what was planned.
Lessons & thanksgiving
What we got right, what we would do differently and the moments that made us stop and give thanks.
Our promise
Honest numbers. No names.
Every figure in Reflections is reported in total, never in a way that could identify a household. We do not publish photographs of the ministers we serve, and we do not tell their stories without their permission.
Where a minister has chosen to testify publicly about what God has done, we may include their words, exactly as they gave them and with their consent. Everything else stays where it belongs, in confidence.
Reflections sits alongside our formal Annual Report, which follows the requirements of our governance and accountability policies.
Editions
The record, year by year.
Founding year
Reflections 2026
Our first edition will look back on the founding year of Shepherds Only Foundation: the first windows, the first households welcomed and the foundations laid. It will be published here after the year closes.
