Come apart, and rest a while.
Seminars, retreats and gatherings for ministers and their families, organised and paid for in full by the Foundation. Members are considered for every programme automatically.
When the apostles came back from their first mission, full of stories and exhausted by the crowds, Jesus did not send them straight back out. He took them away to a quiet place and told them to rest. Even the most fruitful ministry needs seasons of withdrawal, learning and simple enjoyment.
Our programmes exist for those seasons. Some are for learning, some for rest and some for the whole family simply to be together without a congregation watching. Every one of them is funded by the Foundation, so cost is never the reason a member stays home.
What we organise
Three kinds of programme.
Sponsored seminars
Teaching and training for ministers and spouses on the real demands of ministry and family life. The Foundation pays the costs, so members attend free of charge.
Individual retreats
Time away for a minister to pray, rest and be refreshed, free from the constant demands of the parish.
Family retreats
Programmes for entire households: ministers, spouses and children together, for rest, fellowship and joy.
Who can attend
Members are considered automatically.
- Shortlisted and verified ministers who have been onboarded into the Foundation are considered for every programme, without a separate application.
- Spouses and children are included wherever a programme is designed for families.
- Eligible ministers are informed directly when an event is organised, with all the details they need.
- Everything is paid for by the Foundation.
