Terms of Use
The terms of using this site.
By using shepherdsonly.org you agree to these terms. They are short, and they exist to protect the ministers we serve and the integrity of the Foundation.
About these terms
This website is operated by Shepherds Only Foundation. These terms apply to everyone who visits it. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle information, and our published governance policies explain how the Foundation itself is run.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about the Foundation, to join our notify list or weekly letter, to contact us, and, if you are eligible, to apply for membership and support. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- impersonate the Foundation, its officers or any other person;
- try to bypass the application window, security checks or other protections;
- send spam, automated submissions or malicious code; or
- collect information about other people from the site.
Applications and support
Applications are accepted only during the quarterly application windows. Submitting an application, joining the notify list or contacting us does not create a right to receive support. Every decision is made by the Foundation under its policies, and the Foundation may set, revise or withdraw support limits and programmes from time to time.
A rejection is final. In rare cases, an appeal may be submitted for re-evaluation, at the Foundation’s discretion. The full process is described on our Application Process page.
The Foundation never charges a fee to apply and will never ask you to pay anyone to have an application considered or approved.
Honest information
Everything you submit to the Foundation must be true, complete and your own. Submitting false, misleading or borrowed information, or documents that are not genuine, will lead to rejection or to the end of membership, and the Foundation may take further action where the law allows.
What you send us
Messages, prayer requests, testimonies and applications remain yours. By sending them, you allow the Foundation to use them for the purpose you sent them. We will publish a testimony only if you ask us to, and only in a form you have approved.
Content and copyright
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Shepherds Only Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with acknowledgement. Please ask us before reproducing larger portions.
Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, current or free from interruption. To the extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you have a question about them, write to [email protected].
